Delete your Shoople account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Shoople and go to your Profile.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@shoople.site from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Shoople account” and your username. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username, name and photo
• Your posts, photos and videos, captions and shopping trails
• Your comments, likes, saves, votes and follows
• Your shopping visits (Shopping and Places)
• Everything Shoople stored on your phone

What stays

Prices you shared stay only as anonymous community prices, with no link to you. Backup copies are removed within 30 days.
